Free Android app · releasing soon

Share to your PC.
No cloud in the middle.

Send a screenshot, a note or a clip from your Android phone to the computer on your desk. Warp Mirror turns the phone into a tiny web page on your own Wi-Fi: open it in any browser, approve it on the phone, download.

Real screens: the Android app and the page it serves to a computer on the same network.

How it works

Four steps.
About ten seconds.

The first time takes a minute. After a browser is approved, anything you share appears on the computer by itself.

Android’s share sheet showing a screenshot preview, with Warp Mirror pinned in the row of apps.

Pin Warp Mirror in the share sheet to keep it at the front.

The browser sees a QR code and nothing else until the phone says yes.

Pairing codes expire after 10 minutes.

Right-click an image to copy it straight to the clipboard.

What it sends

Screenshots first.
Text and clips when you want them.

Images are always accepted. Text snippets and video or audio are off until you switch them on, so a stray share from a chat or a music app does nothing.

A shared phone screenshot shown in the PC viewer.

PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF. Share one or a whole selection. Right-click to copy, or download with the original name.

A shared checklist shown as a text snippet in the PC viewer.

Notes, links, addresses, code. Each share becomes a .txt item you can select and copy on the computer.

A shared screen recording playing in the browser’s video player.

Clips and voice notes play right in the browser, with seeking and full screen, or download them.

  • Up to 10 itemsThe newest are kept; the oldest drops off. Lower the limit any time.
  • Real file namesScreenshot_20261004-114208_Chrome.png arrives as exactly that.
  • Clear from either sideClear on the PC or on the phone deletes Warp Mirror’s copies.

Four themes

One switch colours
both screens.

Pick a theme in the app and the phone and the PC page change together. Try them here; this page follows along.

Warp Mirror’s settings menu: server timeoff, image sharing limit, text snippet sharing, all media sharing, the four themes and About.

Settings

A short menu.
Nothing hidden.

Server timeoff
Stop the server after 5 to 120 minutes without activity, or never.
Image sharing limit
Keep between 1 and 10 items. The oldest is removed first.
Text snippet sharing
Accept plain text from other apps. Off by default.
All media sharing
Accept video and audio as well as images. Off by default.
PC and app theme
Void, Violet, Aurora or Ember, for the phone and the PC page.

Privacy

Your files
stay nearby.

Warp Mirror is a page on your phone, not a service on the internet. There is no account to make and no server of ours in the middle.

Local network only

The computer reads straight from the phone over your Wi-Fi or the phone’s hotspot. Nothing is uploaded.

Every browser approved

A browser that opens the address sees only a pairing QR until you tap Allow on the phone.

Only what you share

No access to your gallery, contacts or location. It sees an item only when you pick it in the Share menu.

Easy to shut

Disconnect on the PC, Terminate server on the phone, or let the server time off by itself.

About “Not secure”. The page uses plain http on your local network, so browsers label it that way, and the connection is not encrypted. Use it on networks you trust; on public Wi-Fi, connect the computer to your phone’s hotspot instead.

Questions

Before you install.

Price
Free. No ads, no in-app purchases.
Status
Releasing soon on Google Play.
Phone
Android 10 or newer.
Computer
Any current browser. Nothing to install.
Network
Same Wi-Fi, or the phone’s hotspot.
App languages
English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese, Chinese.
Does it work over the internet?

No, by design. The phone and the computer have to be on the same local network. If there is no Wi-Fi, turn on the phone’s hotspot and connect the computer to it.

Do I need to install anything on the computer?

No. The phone serves the page; any current browser opens it. That includes a Mac, a Chromebook, a Linux machine, or a tablet.

Can I send files from the computer to the phone?

Not today. Warp Mirror goes one way: phone to computer.

Is there an iPhone version?

No. The sending side is Android only. The receiving side can be any device with a browser.

What happens to my files afterwards?

Warp Mirror keeps its own copies, up to your limit of 1 to 10 items, until you clear them. Your originals in Photos are never moved or changed.

Why does the PC page ask me to pair again?

Approval ends when you disconnect, stop the server, or the server times off. Scan the new code and tap Allow.
